This is a cake I’ve wanted an excuse to make for years. The cake is cinnamon swirl with cinnamon buttercream, and it’s decorated in vanilla buttercream. I carved it from a 4-layer 6″ cake, using the scraps to build up the head and tail. The nest is made from salted caramel haystack cookies.
