[I ate] Kaiserschmarrn, bavarian caramalized pancake with fruit, cream and ice cream

This is mainly found in Bavaria and Austria. Its similar to Pancakes. They are cut up and sometimes caramelized. Here the caramel felt like a thin glass layer mostly on the bottom of the plate
