[homemade] Chicken Parm with Fresh Heirloom Sauce

Wife’s lunch creation. Cook and breading perfect on the chicken. I doctored it up with aged parm and fresh heirloom tomato sauce. We may have drunk the rest of the sauce, which was awesome.
