This dish really sums how far my interest in food has come. Living on the 'doll' lately I've been trying to cook with what I've got in the fridge (alot of eggs and potatoes recently). The fact I could think of a dish to combine them and actually have a go the mile of having a sub conscience of adding seasoning and spices is something I'm proud of in myself. Doesn't happen enough.
