Only took about 20 minutes to make. Vegan 'chicken' fillets, some vegetables (low carb, like brocoli and peppers) and vegetable rice.
I worked out the calories myself/ packaging.
Rice – 170 cals (including corn)
Fillet – 174 cals
Broccoli florets – I estimated around 15
Peppers – about 15 as well as I didn't use a lot
