1/2c basmati rice (cooked with salt and turmeric in pressure cooker), 150g mince fried and then 1tbsp red thai curry paste, 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp fish sauce, 1tbsp shaoxing wine, 0.5tsp cayenne pepper, 1tsp chinese 5spice, 3 cloves garlic, 2 cups finely chopped spinach, 1 egg.

Soo satisfying!

    Is this ground beef? If you liked this, you should try Pakistani style aloo keema! Ground beef and potatoes with rice, with a ton of spice and flavor! You can skip the potatoes to make it lower cal if you want, and go easier on the oil since south Asian cuisine normally uses a ton lol!
