I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: This extra special blue is soft and buttery, the rind is corrugated and rustic, inside is an inviting soft core with both homogenous blue veins of Italian and 45 South mould (penicillium roqueforti including the ‘hay bale’ mould strain). Bring to room temperature and you’ll be rewarded with a creamy, velvety texture and savoury moreish flavours. This specialty blue is taken to the next level when melted in cooking.

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

  2. This looks like such a promising blue to me. The description backs up my impression from the picture. Hopefully I can find it someday.

  3. How much money do you earn posting stock pictures of cheese you download from the internet?
