I split a homemade bagel in 4 then added these toppings. They were all flavorful and satisfying 🤤

  1. Mashed avocado + bell pepper with a (failed) poached egg on top and some red radish sprouts.
  2. Cucumber, salmon (not smoked btw because i don’t have it right now but still good regardless) and some avocado.
  3. More mashed avocado, slices of bell pepper and some cheddar cheese on top!
  4. I always need some form of sweetness in my meals so Greek yogurt, dates, apples and almonds. I was going to chop them all up like the chopped bagel trend but was already hungry and impatient. Should’ve added some cinnamon too.

Before demolishing the bagels I also had some cucumber and bell pepper that i sliced but didn’t put on these. Pro tips: Always eat your fiber first to regulate your glucose levels! Have a good day everyone.
