Fettuccine noodle with air fried chicken thighs and scratch parm-reggiano sauce.
I simmered butter, shallots, garlic and rosemary in heavy cream then strained it off before adding cheese.
I air fried the chicken skin, mixed with fresh thyme and sprinkled on top for a little texture.
Absolutely delicious.
