The peppers are a bit much. I would be inclined to maybe tuck a few them partially between the fish layers so they don’t cover it so fully. Aside from that, looks delicious!

The peppers are a great addition in my opinion. Nice color and adds some nice flavors.

I like the idea of the peppers but perhaps a different colored one such as Fresno peppers. The red will add a better contrast than orange that is very similar to the liquid.
