    I used more vegetables (3 bell peppers/425g, broccoli 330g, 252g scallions) and had to scale the sauce amounts up because I used 600g of Udon noodles. Since rge calories for the sauces were given vor 100mL and not g, I assumed a density of 1 g/mL.

    433 kcal for the pictured portion, 1,921 kcal/pan, 121 kcal/100 g
