Anyone else love making sushi inspired bowls? Seasoned white rice, crunchy crusted, air fired panko tofu topped with chili sauce, cucumber and avocado topped with toasted nori with sprinkles of togarshi spice blend all over. Disclosure, currently not a vegan, but have been for years at a time. My adult life fuels more on plant based foods and dairy products. Delicious achieved easily, try it!
