Ingredients (for the batch), 3 bananas (mashed), an egg, mixed with some vanilla, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter and cinnamon. Once these ingredients are mixed, fold in oats until the mixture thickens (I have to say I eyeballed the amount so don’t have the exact weight), then in the oven on 180C for about 15 mins. Drizzled a little honey on top to serve! Recipe I found online and just adapted a little so if you’re looking for exact quantities there will be plenty on Google!

Makes a big batch, and can be eaten with Greek yoghurt the next day!
