Shepherds/Gardeners Pie is one of my go-to meals as well I just meal prepped a bunch to go in the freezer which came out at 285cals each, which I’m super happy with and can even sprinkle a bit of vegan-cheese on the top right before the end of cooking too and it’s still a super low-cal dinner 🙂
