    There is no such thing as vegan cheese. Leave the word “cheese” out of your mouth while refering to whatever this is!

    Good god, looking up the ingredients to “Shambert”, it’s basically just oils, water, emulcifiers, and stabilisers, spices, and added proteins.

    And the definition of cheese (link) is not followed. This I not cheese, cannot legally be called cheese. It is not cheese. It is a stabilised oil product, made for vegans,to resemble cheese. It’s a “cheese-mimicking” product, but not cheese.

    Thank you for sharing! Good option for those who enjoy the taste of cheese but are vegan. Others in the comments section seem to be clutching their pearls but no reason for vegans to be denied the joy of the taste of cheese even if they cannot partake in experiencing actual cheese
