Pan fried chorizo, bean, avocado wrap dripped in hot hot sauce with a marinated mushroom chunk salad and olipop.
Can easily add waaaay more protein to this meal – TVP, hemp seed, flax seed, more nooch, unflavored protein powder, all would work! I mashed the beans and avocado and they are good absorbers.
