Hi friends 💞 hurricane is on the way. Praying not to lose power because we don’t want our food to be lost!
Photo 1 is of last night’s dinner, which was Penne alla Vodka with Pancetta and Homemade Meatballs, and homemade Sourdough bread. The sourdough is also in photo 2 and was my best one yet!
Photo 3 is of a BLT from the other night, on homemade (but less good) sourdough that I had over-proofed. It toasted well though.
Photo 4 is Chicken Cutlet and Linguine Aglio e Olio, which is so easy to make.
Photo 5 is steak and eggs, and photo 6 bacon and eggs.
I definitely need to eat more fruit and vegetables be t week after reviewing! Haha. Stay safe everyone in FL with me.
