This is my 2nd attempt at fermenting some peppers for hot sauce. My father grew like 6 different types of peppers and yielded way more than he expected. I'm using the extra to make hot sauce. All the jars have different spices to find our favorite. Curious if anyone else does this and what are your favorite spices too add?
