Air Fryer Baked Potato

Ingredients
* 3-4 Russet Potatoes
* ¼ cup sliced green onions
* ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 stick of butter
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 4 slices of bacon
* Salt & pepper
* ½ cup sour cream

Instructions
* Cook your bacon till it's nice and crispy and allow it to cool down. Once its cooled down slice up into small pieces 
* Wash all the dirt off your russet potatoes and poke around the whole potato with a fork 
* Coat the potatoes with olive oil 
* Season your entire potato with salt 
* Place in your air fryer at 400 degrees(200°C) for 50 minutes. Make sure you flip the potatoes halfway through the cooking process 
* After 50 minutes remove your potatoes from the air fryer and make a incision down the top of the potato 
* Place pressure on the top and bottom of the potato allowing it to split open 
* Add 3 pads of butter 
* Season with salt & pepper 
* Add shredded cheddar cheese 
* On top of the cheddar cheese add sour cream, bacon bits and sliced green onions 
* Plate these up with a steak or a holiday roast and enjoy!
