The shrimp were marinated for 24 hours in a chimichurri spice blend marinade and topped with caramelized onions & peppers, shredded iceberg mixed with a touch of kewpie mayo and shredded Manchego cheese. Served with a lime wedge and homemade pickled onions.

The fresh tomato, cucumber salad was served on top of a homemade herb and feta dressing.
