I got it from the attached cheesemongers in Austria. The cheesemonger didn't speak much English, but she described it like the opposite of blue cheese. She called it red cheese, and mentioned it had something to do with the culture used on it. It was a camembert sized wheel of cheese with camembert-like texture but tasted really strange; almost like peanut butter. Any ideas?
