    Package of mixed greens boiled with ham hocks. Fresh frozen Butter Peas (freezer in the produce dept). I sautéed an onion and lots of garlic. Then added peas, water, thyme, S&P and simmered down an hour or so. Then added 1/2&1/2 for extra creaminess. Double batch of Corn Kits on the cast iron.
