1lb/5 links Sausage, 2 large diced sweet potato, a amount of kale, 1 large diced onion onion, 1cup diced carrot, 2tbsp from the jar garlic, 1.5ish tbsp fish sauce(trust me), 2tbsp red wine vinegar, 1tbsp fresh sage, 1tsp dried thyme, 1tsp chili powder, 1.5tsp smoked paprika, salt, pepper to taste, 1can with liquidcannellini beans, 48oz chicken broth, and 1c cream

Brown sausage in olive oil, remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Add garlic sauté for 60 seconds, add carrot and onion, salt and pepper. Cook until starting to turn translucent. Add fish sauce, cook 60s(its gonna get funky, trust me though). Add vinegar and half the broth, scrape the bottom of the pan with woody spatula to get all those delightful brown bits up. Add sweet potato, kale, rest of the chicken broth and sausage back in reserving some of the crispy bits for topping. Simmer 20 minutes with lid slightly off. Add beans and cream, simmer for 5 check taste for seasoning adjust if needed and simmer 5 more. Serve with crispy bread and topped with remaining sausage.
