Any tips for what to use it for? Except on pancakes or in a cocktail?(the "old fashioned" i just made was exquisite hehe.)

  1. You could drizzle it on a slice of toasted brioche o pound cake, along with a scoop of whipped cream or ice cream for a Fall inspired desert.

    I like sweet/savory combinations, so I wonder if a little pool of your syrup on a dish to dip some really good grilled sausage in would work.

    I know! Drizzled or brushed on roasted root veggies while they’re in the oven (carrots, butternut squash, sweet potatoes). Add more salt and if you like some lemon juice.
