LoGoes on October 10, 2024 8:28 pm I used the carcass that I had leftover from a rotisserie chicken for the broth and it turned out SO yummy! Only thing I couldn’t get my hands on was Thai basil which would have really set it over the edge.

AllthisSandInMyCrack on October 10, 2024 9:31 pm Put it in a bigger bowl next time and add a lot more broth. I’ve eaten pho all my life and I’ve never seen anyone just put whole limes into the bowl. Otherwise looks good just needs a lot more broth.
