[homemade] Chicken pho

  1. I used the carcass that I had leftover from a rotisserie chicken for the broth and it turned out SO yummy!

    Only thing I couldn’t get my hands on was Thai basil which would have really set it over the edge.

  2. Next time char the onions to really bring out the subtle sweetness of the onion. It’ll elevate your broth.

    Put it in a bigger bowl next time and add a lot more broth.

    I’ve eaten pho all my life and I’ve never seen anyone just put whole limes into the bowl.

    Otherwise looks good just needs a lot more broth.
