One of the coolest Michelin Restaurants I’ve been to. Especially the eggplant dish. Made to look like mackerel on toast but it’s just eggplant. I feel like it is inspired by the danish dish smorrebrod.

  1. Some people in Chicago like to say that Alinea is phoning it in, but I disagree, they’re very creative and the service is excellent. PS the pours in the wine pairings are abundant
