Today was my first day where I didn’t get stressed about what I ate, I made what I liked then measured it to see how much it was. I was focused more on protein when I first made it and I’m so happy that I didn’t get angry and binge like before. I’m still learning more about health and how to take care of myself but I’m super excited now that I know how to budget correctly and portion my food. This was actually a ton of food I had today, my macros was: 54g carbs, 106g protein, and 65g fats. I can probably do better but I think this is a good start.
