Probably the edamame appetizer and then either the salmon skewers or carpaccio. Either way, everything will be covered in EVOO. It may be one of those situations where you’re better off just eating what you want and halving the portion so you can have the other half the next day 🤷🏻♀️

Spring rolls if they aren’t fried! Edamame. Chicken or salmon skewers. This will be pretty low cal options! But also for special occasions it’s okay to just enjoy yourself in moderation 🙂

I’d ask for the salmon, plain broiled with no sauces on it with any vegetables steamed on the side no oil no butter

If you really want to go lowest calorie highest protein you could get the oysters. Gyozas (as long as they’re pan fried) are also not that high calorie. Or the Thai steak salad. Personally I’d just eat light during the day and eat whatever in moderation
