I used to break down our parm wheels when I worked at WF and I always joked that I wanted to make a bandolier of all the Mitica tags that came on the rind as a badge of honor. Looks like the tag has changed since I was there!

I’ve never felt more physically weak than when I would break down parm 😆 I don’t miss it. But I do miss snacking on it
