Recipes:
Main dish
Roast the cauliflower at 180 for about half an hour
Preheat some oil and fry the paneer until crispy on each side
Preheat oil then add cumin seeds and mustard seeds
When they crackling add finely diced onions
When they are translucent add ginger and garlic (I don’t add specific amount for things, just however much I feel)
After about 4 mins add spice (again I don’t add specific, but turmeric, garam masala, cumin ground, coriander ground, mild madras, salt pepper)
Potentially add bit of water to cook them
Then add tin of diced tomatoes with fenugreek leaves
Add chickpeas and paneer and stir with more water
Let cook for a while then relatively near the end I add peas and the cauliflower
Also add Coriander
Potatoes:
Dice potatoes then boil till pretty much fully cooked
Pre heat oil and add cumin seeds
Then add potatoes and fry with
Add spices, turmeric, garam masala, salt pepper, mild chilli)
Then when they’ve coated add ginger and garlic paste but just a bit
Add coriander
Lentils:
Fry onions with cumin seeds
Add ginger and garlic when they translucent
Add spices: turmeric, garam masala and ground cumin, chilli powder
Add washed lentils and diced fresh tomatoes with water
Add diced chilli
Let cook
