What kind of cheese is this?

I bought this random cheese at the shop and it’s definitely mislabeled.

This is among the best cheese I’ve ever had. The darker outside part is incredibly creamy like a great Brie. The white inside part is crumbly like a feta.

Has a mild blue flavor. I think it’s a goats milk cheese. Slightly mineral

Priced at $40/lb but marked down to 32. This is Manhattan prices though so may be $20 in a poorer part of the country
