I followed this recipe but did 2 tbsp of olive oil,
used better than bouillon and water instead of broth,
18 oz of sirloin instead of 2 lbs,
added 1/4 cup of cornstarch,
a whole bag of Nibbles gold potatoes instead of big potatoes,
and replaced peas with celery.
Makes 5 big bowls and each one comes to 323 calories. You can look her up on TikTok for full recipe instructions I can’t recommend this enough it was to die for.
