I’m using stock images but I am always on the lookout for new cheeses to try whenever I go to the store. Credit to various cheese websites, resources, and sellers for the cheese images and cheese facts. If any of you know some cheeses that I haven’t done yet I would love some input!

Here is your daily cheese facts: This wonderful cheese from Snowdonia has gorgeous crystalline crunches and a surprisingly intense flavour profile. It comes with a slight sweetness, with lovely caramel undertones. Its texture is wonderfully refined due to its 18-month ageing process. If your cheese board needs a bit of colour, look no further!

Also as a note: I post my daily cheese here as well as in my r/dailycheese subreddit.

Eryri (there’s a move towards using the native Cymric names rather than English ones) is a beautiful part of the world, and that creamery’s cheese is just delightful

  3. Everything Snowdonia Cheese Company produces is gold. For me, aside from smaller batch producers, this is the UK’s premier cheese producer. I’ve drastically reduced my cheese intake for health reasons, but December is going to be a highly anticipated respite from that – and it will be filled with their cheese!

This particular cheese has not been one of my favourites of theirs, but seeing it posted here has convinced me to give it another go.

    Thanks for sharing.
