As far as I can tell, you had gluten free pasta, salmon, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, parsleys and turnips. Am I missing anything?

Barilla makes a really good gluten free pasta. Made with corn and rice, it cooks for nearly the exact same time as flour pasta, and doesn’t require to be rinsed under cold water to stop the cooking. Texture is good (slightly more firm than flour pasta) and flavor is a bit different (due to the corn flour) but none of that detracts from the overall experience.
