  1. I once did a course in food photography. Just a one day workshop really, for the fun of it. But each time I see your creations, I’m reminded of that. I look at your pictures, and try to define where the impact is coming from – the cuisine, with its variety and detailed preparation, or the photography, with lighting, composition, focus, sharpening. Of course, the answer really is both.
