Rice:
1 cup of any type of cooked rice
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoons furikake seasoning
Mix the vinegar, sugar and salad until dissolved. Pour over cooked rice and store gentle to combine. Sprinkle on furikake and stir to combine.
Toppings:
1 can Ortiz tuna
1/2 avocado sliced
2 spring onions sliced
Drizzle of sriracha
Drizzle of kewpie mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 tablespoon furikake
1 sheet nori
Drain tuna well and place on top of rice. Place sliced avocado next to tuna. Top with all other toppings until pretty. Cut nori into 9 pieces and use to scoop up the best bites!
