[product review] I tried Julian Bakery’s protein granola (83 cal per 1/2 cup, 12 grams protein). It has sesame, chia, and pumpkin seeds, as well as coconut bits. Shown is 1/4 cup & Forager peach plant-based yogurt with fruit.

Pea protein is the main protein in addition to the protein in the other ingredients.I thought it was ok by itself. But on yogurt it was delicious. It has a satisfying crunch and I especially liked the sesame seeds. I purchased it though the Julian Bakery website. Each bag has 15 x 1/2 cup servings. I like the 1/4 cup servings, so one bag last longer. It comes to about the same price per gram of protein as my protein powder
In the bowl: blueberries, peach, Forager peach yogurt (yuuuuummmmy), and Julian Bakery granola
This was a very satisfying snack and filled me up.
This looks great! It’s hard to find a lower calorie granola that’s tasty.

I’ve always been skeptical of their nutrition facts. The 83 calorie figure doesn’t account for the dietary fiber. I believe this type (tapioca fiber) has ~2.5 cal/g so that would come out to 83+2.5*15=120.5 cal/serving instead of the 83
