I forgot how fatty and greasy salmon steak was so this was really hard to finish, there was oil and juices dripping everywhere when biting into the tacos, the half tablespoon of avocado oil was not necessary
I used the excess salmon oil to sautee the mushrooms and onions
I attempted to make a batch of tzatziki sauce off the Internet. I made it too watery tho lol. So enjoy that weird texture on the tacos.
But it otherwise came out really good!
