Used leftover chili, which is why it contains beans etc for the chili dog purests…
Wieners are Kirkland Beef from Costco, I place them in a pan with shallow water, bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer for a good 15min. After I score them and sear them in the pan quickly.
Steam the bun and the fully cooked (scored and seared) wieners, add balderson aged cheddar cheese, chili and assemble (with Dijon mustard)
