[Homemade] udon in a homemade dashi with toppings

  1. Toppings are inari, wakame seaweed, oyster mushrooms, and dry tofu which is an amazing stand in for fish cake slices.

  2. Fantastic looking. I love a good udon. I’ve made similar with homemade dashi and it just takes so nice. Some curry powder for a curry udon also tastes good

    Udon noodles kinda scares me cus its so big but it is really good. That Fish cake topping look so delicious!
