  1. Someone asked how to make this lower carb while keeping the protein but the comment isn’t showing up, I just saw it as a notification on my phone.

    The brand of pasta I used is 50g of carbs so if you used zeroodle brand edamame/mung pasta instead it’s actually one extra gram of protein per serving, 102 fewer calories, and only 18g of carbs (15g fiber) per serving. Worth noting that a serving of my pasta is 85g and a serving of zeroodle is 50g.

    I have a pack and a half of zeroodles on hand and definitely plan on using some of the prepped sauce with them this week.
