    150g sweet potato (I went heavy lol) cooked in a pan with 1/2 cup veggie stock (192 + 8 cal)

    69g grape tomatoes (25 cal)

    80g spring mix lettuce (14 cal)

    13g dried sweetened cranberries (46 cal)

    2tbsp Trader Joe’s green goddess dressing (20 cal)
