Just an absolutely incredible experience. I’ve always admired these fine dining establishments from afar but I’ve never gotten to experience one. One of my good friends (it was his birthday the other day) was a chef at Per Se, now works at Centurion, and his friend hooked us up with a last minute reservation as a gift. Some of these dishes he sent out on the house and it was just a fantastic meal.

    I love that more casual bar menu area. And I’m glad they kept the old Ko egg dish from their early tasting menu, what a great dish

    That foie gras burger is low key one of best burgers in NYC. It’s obviously much pricier but the kitchen counter tasting menu is even better.

    So much carbs!! Love it. Sometimes I miss a sophisticated dinner that is not tiny pieces of raw fish and veggies
