I love roasted kale and canned black olives. This is going into the rotation.
That looks superb. Can you tell me how you roast your kale? The recipes I’ve seen seem to rely on a lot of oil which seems to defeat the purpose. Also, do you buy whole stem kale or the bagged chopped kale?
