    Recipe:

    1. ⁠Make your base salad (I had 150 grams of mix greens, 50 grams of cauliflower rice, 10” grams of cucumber, 50 grams of cherry tomatoes)
    2. ⁠Marinade your tempeh in 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 5 grams of sriracha, and 30 ml of teriyaki sauce (for 100 grams of tempeh)
    3. ⁠Cook tempeh till crispy in half of the marinade, top with other part
    4. ⁠Cook 75 grams of zucchini in the same pan with another 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos
    5. ⁠Add to bowl and top with half an avocado (50 grams) and the dressing!

    Enjoy!

    Dressing:

    • ⁠20 ml vegan mayonaise
    • ⁠50 ml coconut yoghurt
    • ⁠5 grams sriracha
    • ⁠1 garlic clove

    This equals to 420 calories!

  2. just made this but with seitan instead of tempeh cause the store didn’t have any, it’s very good despite the fact that i found out today i don’t really like sriracha
