It looks kinda gross but it was delicious and made over 1 cup!
3 oz silken tofu, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, stevia to taste (I used 1/2 tsp)
You just blend it up and enjoy! It has 7g protein too.
