I finally got around to experiencing Joel Robuchon. I don’t eat seafood so they subbed in from their vegetarian tasting menu. All I can say is they absolutely deserve all three stars. The setting is beautiful. Like stepping into a jewelry box. Service was fantastic, and the food was mind blowing. They also have a top notch wine list. If you’re ever in Vegas, this is the place to eat at. $495pp base price.

That all looks wonderful, and the portion sizes seem to be larger than those on most taster menus. Although that duck looks like a good veterinarian could revive it without too much trouble…
I’ve been here twice and love it! Classic and very old school.
My wife and I ate there last year. What an experience! These photos bring back great memories.
How do they not have a Michelin star?
Do they still have the longer version of the menu with 16 courses?
