  1. Pic of my 1200cal day, minus the serving of tortilla chips I had with my dinner salad. Only remembered I budgeted for those after I started eating

    As a side note, I also do 18:6 IF, so I eat two main meals and two snacks

    – Meal 1: Tempeh “Bacon” BLT with vegan coleslaw
    – Snacks: Strawberries + watermelon, carrots + hummus and pistachios
    – Meal 2: Taco Salad with taco seasoned be’ef crumble, vegan taco ranch, fresh pico de Gallo
