    breakfast: spirulina protein pancakes, this isn’t bacon rashers, scrambled tofu, avocado, cucumbers and zero cal maple syrup.

    lunch: bbq tofu, chestnut mushrooms, hummus, spinach, soft tortillas and carrot sticks.

    snack: carrot sticks & green grapes.

    dinner: linda mccartney “mince” & vermicelli.

    dessert: spirulina overnight oats topped with desiccated coconut & 2 corn crackers.

  2. What protein did you use for the pancakes? I tried them this morning… twice… and they were runny and basically seared the outside but stayed running throughout 😂. We have orgain vanilla protein powder.

  3. So if you’d been 10 minute faster on the carrots and grapes you could have had a 69 calorie meal at 4:20? Just sayin’…
