    So this is pretty much one of my favorite super filling, high protein meals. I do 2 oz of Earth Grown Black Soybean Pasta and a Chickenless patty with 1/2 cup spicy red pepper sauce from Classico, and top it with some violife parm.

    It’s pretty self explanatory for assembly, but here are a few tricks: we all know non-flour pasta sucks and needs to stop pretending, but I don’t mind this one **when it’s dried out**. That sounds gross but when you first drain them, you’re supposed to rinse them with cold water to make them “al dente”……sure jan. after the second rinse i use a paper towel to absorb extra moisture and i find that’s crucial. otherwise these shits just hang on to it and watered down sauce is not ok.

    the patty i just air fry on max crisp, which is 450° for 10 mins…i usually stop it at 7 or so, but ymmv.

  2. I like these noodles with a little bit of vegan butter, garlic, oregano, and nooch. They’re a little weird with tomato sauce.
